These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sovereign-Gear website at www.leatherjournals.com and any other website or online service that Sovereign-Gear operates and that links to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”).
Please review these Terms carefully before using the Services. Sovereign-Gear may modify the terms of use at any time, and users can view the most current version of the Terms by clicking on a link provided through the services. You are deemed to have accepted the Terms by using the services.

Grant of License.
Subject to these Terms and your continued compliance therewith, Sovereign-Gear provides you with a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services, to the extent attribution is to the site and is not attributed to another, and the text, graphics, information, and other content made available through or from the Services (collectively, “Content”), including without limitation, Content obtained through widgets, RSS feeds, APIs or other similar means.
Prohibited Conduct.
The license does not grant access to the following:
edit, download, duplicate, copy, or sell Sovereign-Gear products or Services, the Content, or any part or derivative thereof, in any way other than page caching;
- attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Sovereign-Gear Service;
- copy or download any User’s account or profile information for the benefit of any third party;
- enable high volume, automated, electronic processes that apply to Sovereign-Gear, the Content, or any portion or derivative thereof;
- engage in unauthorized spidering, “scraping,” or harvesting of content or personal information, or use any other unauthorized automated means to compile Sovereign-Gear information;

- use Sovereign-Gear’s name, trademarks, services marks, or logos in any meta tags or any other “hidden text”; or
- compile, repackage, disseminate, or otherwise use data extracted from Sovereign-Gear Services.
Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
Note. System or network security violations could lead to legal or criminal responsibility. Users who breach these Terms may be subject to investigation by us and prosecution through cooperation with law enforcement. We reserve the right to immediately and without prior warning suspend or terminate your use of the Services for any reason.
Intellectual Property Rights.
All Content, unless otherwise indicated, is protected by law including, but not limited to, United Kingdom copyright, trade secret (for password-protected areas), and trademark law, as well as other state, national, and international laws and regulations and is owned by Sovereign-Gear.
The Services may also include the trade and/or service marks of other parties. Such third-party designations may not be used without the prior written permission of their Sovereign-Gear owner. Removing or altering the copyright notice on any content on Sovereign-Gear’s Services is prohibited.
Sovereign-Gear, or its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, or third parties from whom Sovereign-Gear has permission, own the trademarks or service marks used on the Sovereign-Gear Services. All rights are reserved.
Use of the Sovereign-Gear trademarks (logos, service marks, trademarks, and trade dress) is prohibited.
Privacy Policy.
By using the Services, you consent to Sovereign-Gear’s processing of your information consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Websites.
Links to content from other parties may be present on the Services. Such content is not under our control, sponsorship, endorsement, recommendation, or any other accountability. Any usage of linked content from third parties is at the user's discretion.
Prices.
The price for an item on the Sovereign-Gear website may differ from the price shown in a User’s shopping cart, and it is possible that such price may increase or decrease between the time the item is placed in a shopping cart and the time that the purchase is actually made.
On rare occasions, an item may be priced incorrectly on the Sovereign-Gear website. If the price for the item on the Sovereign-Gear website is incorrect and is actually higher than the price provided at the time of purchase, then, at the sole discretion of Sovereign-Gear, we may either:
- Contact the User for instructions before shipping the item or charging the User for such an item;
- Cancel the order for such item and notify the User of such cancellation; or
- Ship the item at the incorrect price to the User's benefit.
Note. Please note that this price policy applies only to items sold and shipped by Sovereign-Gear. Any purchases from any third-party sellers of the Sovereign-Gear Services may be subject to different policies in the event of an incorrectly priced item.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
(a) TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS PROVIDE THE SOVEREIGN-GEAR SERVICES AND ANY SOVEREIGN-GEAR ACCOUNT ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY WHATSOEVER. THE USE OF THE SOVEREIGN-GEAR PRODUCTS/SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. NEITHER WE NOR OUR SUPPLIERS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS (AS APPLICABLE) MAKE ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, THAT THE SOVEREIGN-GEAR SERVICES OR THEIR USE WILL:
- BE UNINTERRUPTED OR SECURE;
- BE FREE OF DEFECTS, INACCURACIES, OR ERRORS; OR
- OTHERWISE, MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE HEREBY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, LACK OF HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS, SECURITY, MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, QUIET ENJOYMENT AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OR ARISING BECAUSE OF CUSTOM OR USAGE IN THE TRADE OR BY COURSE OF DEALING.
(b) SOVEREIGN-GEAR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR AND MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO ANY, USER CREATED CONTENT POSTED ON THE SOVEREIGN-GEAR SERVICES OR THROUGH THE SOVEREIGN-GEAR SERVICES. USER-CREATED CONTENT DOES NOT NECESSARILY REFLECT THE OPINIONS OR POLICIES OF SOVEREIGN-GEAR. PROFILES AND THIRD-PARTY APPLICATIONS CREATED AND POSTED BY USERS ON THE SOVEREIGN-GEAR WEBSITE MAY CONTAIN LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST OR CORRUPTED DATA, DAMAGE TO REPUTATION OR GOODWILL, OR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR OTHER INDIRECT DAMAGES OR LOSSES ARISING FROM, RELATING TO OR CONNECTED WITH YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SOVEREIGN-GEAR WEBSITE OR ANY SOVEREIGN-GEAR SERVICES/PRODUCTS REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION ON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, PRODUCT DEFECT OR MISREPRESENTATION), EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
(b) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY BE RELATED TO THE SOVEREIGN-GEAR WEBSITE.
Jurisdiction.
Both Sovereign-Gear and its user agree to submit to the non-exclusive personal jurisdiction of the courts located within the United Kingdom and waive any objection to laying the venue of any litigation in said courts.
Applicable Law.
The Sovereign-Gear Services are created and controlled in the United Kingdom. The laws of the United Kingdom will govern the Terms without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
