Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items.

Because many of our orders are fulfilled through our Fulfilment Warehouse, all returns must be processed through our support team so we can issue the correct Amazon return label.

How to Start a Return

Please email us at info@sovereign-gear.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

We will provide an warehouse return label and instructions. Returns sent without an approved label may be rejected by the fulfilment centre.

Non‑Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Personalized or engraved items
  • Custom‑made products
  • Items returned used or damaged

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by Amazon, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it at no cost.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is covered when the item is defective or incorrect. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
